November invites us to gather the last of the hedgerow treasures; ruby berries, chestnuts, and earthy mushrooms hiding under golden leaves. We’ll wrap up warm, sip steaming mugs, and stretch into the slower rhythm of the season with grounding yoga and deep breaths of crisp woodland air.

We’ll wander through the wilds together, noticing, nibbling, learning, laughing. Expect nature-based yoga, a guided foraging walk, wild snacks, and tea brewed with love. Even as winter whispers in, we’ll keep our hearts warm and our feet muddy.

During these turbulent times on earth, it’s a time to come together, raise the vibration with community and completely honour ourselves. A yoga class for you where babies are welcome too. Nurture your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing with a gentle, slow paced yoga practise to stretch and strengthen your body post-labour and plenty of breathing and mindfulness exercises for calm and relaxation. This is an opportunity to take care of yourself while also being close to your baby.

Older children welcome too!

Enjoy a complimentary hot drink and a chat with other mamas at the end of the session. Barista made flat whites, hot chocolates and lattes- such a treat! No instant coffees here.

Feeding, nappy changing and baby napping during the class are all to be expected and don't worry about your baby being noisy - this is also expected and the difference between a Mum & Baby and a 'normal' yoga class.

Suitable once you’ve had your 6-8 week postnatal check up and have been given the go-ahead for exercise.

Mum & Baby Yoga with Rossana (weekly)

A yoga class for you where babies are welcome too. Nurture your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing with a gentle, slow paced yoga practise to stretch and strengthen your body post-labour and plenty of breathing and mindfulness exercises for calm and relaxation. This is an opportunity to take care of yourself while also being close to your baby.

Older children welcome too!

Enjoy a complimentary hot drink and a chat with other mamas at the end of the session. Barista made flat whites, hot chocolates and lattes- such a treat! No instant coffees here.

Feeding, nappy changing and baby napping during the class are all to be expected and don't worry about your baby being noisy - this is also expected and the difference between a Mum & Baby and a 'normal' yoga class.

Suitable once you’ve had your 6-8 week postnatal check up and have been given the go-ahead for exercise.
