A change is coming, are you feeling the shift? More and more people are becoming open to what you offer so we would like to invite you to be part of The Human Collective! Our ethos is to bring people together through collaboration and community!
We are a one stop holistic directory of teachers, practitioners, coaches, instructors, therapists, studios, venues, retreats, events, workshops, festivals and more.
We now also have the added bonus of the Human Collective Hub at FarGo Village, a collaborative space exclusively for THC members to use for classes, collaborations, workshops and events and where we run our monthly Community Days as well as our exclusive Collective Sessions.
Our mission is to……
• Make it easier for people to discover you, what you offer and where
• Open up opportunities for you to collaborate with other practitioners and venues
• Share your skills and expertise with as many people as possible
• Invite you into our supportive community of wellness practitioners and facilitators where we share ideas, advice, help, support, and the highs and lows of working within wellness where many of us often work in solitude plus exclusive discounts to other practitioner’s offerings and events
• Create social opportunities and events specifically for members of the Human Collective (most recently we have had Kirtan, a Balance workshop and a Solstice Cacao Ceremony and Sound Journey as well as an upcoming Social Gathering at Cowslip Meadow with wild swimming, sauna and shared food) as well as content days and co-working days

Mum & Baby Yoga with Rossana (weekly)
A yoga class for you where babies are welcome too. Nurture your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing with a gentle, slow paced yoga practise to stretch and strengthen your body post-labour and plenty of breathing and mindfulness exercises for calm and relaxation. This is an opportunity to take care of yourself while also being close to your baby.
Older children welcome too!
Enjoy a complimentary hot drink and a chat with other mamas at the end of the session. Barista made flat whites, hot chocolates and lattes- such a treat! No instant coffees here.
Feeding, nappy changing and baby napping during the class are all to be expected and don't worry about your baby being noisy - this is also expected and the difference between a Mum & Baby and a 'normal' yoga class.
Suitable once you’ve had your 6-8 week postnatal check up and have been given the go-ahead for exercise.

SOMA Breath uses rythmical breathing and breath retention, with music and guided meditation. This is designed to bring us to a state of heart coherence, which allows us to feel energised but relaxed at the same time.
We can achieve many things with breathwork, it can be used for deep relaxation, improved sleep, increased energy and fitness, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, to boost your immune system and even help to relieve illness and disease.

Yin Yang Yoga with Rossana (monthly)
An exploration of yin and yang energies both on and off the mat, through a combination of active yang yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa) with the contrast of slower, passive stretches (Yin) that target not just the muscles but also deeper tissues including ligaments, tendons fascia and pave way for reflection and turning inward. Yoga, Breathwork and Ice Baths Workshop with Adam and Rossana
Join Adam and Rossana for an evening of yoga, breathwork and ice baths.
We will begin with SOMA Breath, a holistic, rhythmic breath work system that incorporates the principles of Pranayama, along with musical sound healing. SOMA Breath uses rythmical breathing and breath retention, with music and guided meditation. This is designed to bring us to a state of heart coherence, which allows us to feel energised but relaxed at the same time.
We can achieve many things with breathwork, it can be used for deep relaxation, improved sleep, increased energy and fitness, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, to boost your immune system and even help to relieve illness and disease.
Ice baths will follow. The benefits of cold water exposure are endless, boosting your immune system, improved circulation, better quality sleep, more energy, reduced inflammation, improved metabolic function, better resilience to stress, reduced anxiety and depression.
We will finish with a gentle but warming yoga flow and guided meditation to bring us into a state of deep relaxation.
Weather permitting the yoga session will take place outside.

Join us for a slow, soul-soothing evening of movement, nature, and connection in a secret meadow by the river.
Tucked beside an old mill where the River Avon bubbles over a worn stone weir, this secluded swimming spot is circled by reeds, fields, and birdsong. It feels like slipping into another world—quiet, wild, and wonderfully free.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and gentle yoga flow in the meadow to help you drop into your body and the rhythm of the land. Then, when we’re ready, we’ll step softly into the water—moving mindfully, breathing deeply, and tuning in to the sound of ripples and rustling grasses.
Afterwards, we’ll gather by the fire pit to sip tea, share snacks, and simply be—no pressure, no pretence, just warm conversation and cool air on sun-drenched skin.
This is summer as it’s meant to be: wild, calm, connected.

Feeding, nappy changing and baby napping during the class are all to be expected and don't worry about your baby being noisy - this is also expected and the difference between a Mum & Baby and a 'normal' yoga class.
Suitable once you’ve had your 6-8 week postnatal check up and have been given the go-ahead for exercise.
