A yoga class for you where babies are welcome too. Nurture your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing with a gentle, slow paced yoga practise to stretch and strengthen your body post-labour and plenty of breathing and mindfulness exercises for calm and relaxation. This is an opportunity to take care of yourself while also being close to your baby.
Older children welcome too!
Enjoy a complimentary hot drink and a chat with other mamas at the end of the session. Barista made flat whites, hot chocolates and lattes- such a treat! No instant coffees here.
Feeding, nappy changing and baby napping during the class are all to be expected and don't worry about your baby being noisy - this is also expected and the difference between a Mum & Baby and a 'normal' yoga class.

Release & Restore - Using SOMA Breath, a holistic, rhythmic breath work system that incorporates the principles of Pranayama, along with musical sound healing.
SOMA Breath uses rythmical breathing and breath retention, with music and guided meditation. This is designed to bring us to a state of heart coherence, which allows us to feel energised but relaxed at the same time.
We can achieve many things with breathwork, it can be used for deep relaxation, improved sleep, increased energy and fitness, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, to boost your immune system and even help to relieve illness and disease.
Yoga mats & blankets are provided, but please feel free to bring your own, bring some water, and wear comfortable warm clothing.

What: A chance to share safe space with others on their journey, offering and receiving support and guidance with those also living their experience, navigating healing and awakening.
