 Ostara - Spring Equinox Gathering

Ostara - Spring Equinox Gathering

Wiggle & Root – immersive nature-based adventures are joining forces with the wonderful Ashley from Adala UK, cacaoista and sacred ceremony space holder, and the radiant Caroline from Spiritual Universe, weaving sound with her incredible collection of healing instruments - to mark the turning of the wheel at Ostara.

Join us for a nourishing, community-filled evening to welcome the unfurling of spring. Three hours outdoors together, under the stars, held by firelight, sound, warmth, water, and shared presence.

We’ll gather around the fire to open the evening with a cacao ritual, gently setting intentions for the season ahead. A moment to arrive, soften, and honour the shift from winter into growth.

The sauna will be steaming, inviting you into an hour of deep warmth, paired with the invigorating cold dip of the wild swimming lake. Heat and water working together to wake the body, clear the edges of winter, and bring you fully into the now.

As the night settles, we’ll return to the fire for a closing sound journey. A moment of stillness, eyes closed if you wish, breathing it all in as Caroline bathes us in the resonance of singing bowls, gongs, and percussion – grounding, expansive, and gently restorative.

Our gatherings are relaxed, spacious, and rooted in real life. We flow with what feels right in the moment. There is no pressure, no fixing, no forced feelings. Just an invitation to be exactly as you are. Life is messy, paths aren’t linear, and we believe our truest selves emerge when we soften, flow like water, and allow the universe to lead.

Bring & Share Snack Feast
Snacks are a core part of everything we do. We’ll be bringing healthy, sugar-free homemade chocolates and other delicious treats, and we invite you to bring something you love to eat too. Together we’ll create a beautiful table of nourishing snacks to graze from throughout the evening – a simple, joyful community offering to one another.

£44

Includes:
• Wiggle & Root nature-based meditation
• Ceremonial cacao ritual with Ashley (Pachakuti cacao included)
• One-hour sauna and wild swimming lake slot
• Fireside sound healing journey with Caroline (Spiritual Universe)
• Fire pit, shared feast, herbal teas, and a warm community atmosphere under the stars

• increase mental clarity and concentration
• improve overall physical and emotional wellbeing

By regular practice of this meditation one can achieve inner peace and stillness in less than 30 minutes.
The regular practice of this meditation is a staple practice of Pranic Therapists and it is also recommended as part of the treatment plans when undergoing Pranic Healing Treatments, as a calm emotional state aides the healing process of the body tremendously. Organisations, including hospitals and police stations, are now doing the Meditation on Twin Hearts as a part of their wellbeing programs for staff.
Currently the meditation is offered in over 80 meditation sessions around the UK in any one month.

These are open to the public on a donation basis to the MCKS Charitable Foundation UK.

Unwind Monthly

An intimate extended session designed to help you release mental and emotional tension.

Join Jo for a grounding yin yoga practice to ease into the body and encourage greater flexibility, mobility and joint health. We’ll then soften into gentle restorative yoga to help you relax even more.

We’ll close our session with yoga nidra, an effortless guided meditation practice that soothes the mind. Also known as non-sleep deep rest, yoga nidra is generally practiced lying down. Evidence also shows it can help to reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Yin, restorative and nidra in combination create a practice that’s deeply regenerative for both the brain and the body – plus no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Wear warm and comfortable clothing and bring extra layers and socks – our body temperature can drop when we slow down.

Mats and props will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own blanket and cushion. You could also bring a reusable cup for some tea at the end of our session.

Spaces are limited. Book here.

Heart Opening Afternoon Retreat

Heart Opening Afternoon Retreat

Jackie (Soul Sister Yoga & Gong) & Adam (Become One Breathwork) are excited to invite you to their Uplifting & Heart Opening Afternoon Retreat.
After the beautiful feedback from our last retreat days and our weekend retreats in the woods, we are so pleased to be collaborating again with a wonderfully uplifting afternoon where we get to share with you the things we love.

Gentle movement to raise & ground your energy
Powerful heart opening breathwork
Magical and heart opening cacao ceremony,
Rebalancing gong sound bath.

This will be a transformative afternoon working on our heart chakras to enable us to feel love and compassion firstly for ourselves and then for others.

Adam will take you on a journey through a guided breathwork meditation to open you up on every level, allowing you to clear out the body, mind and open the heart.

In the afternoon we will introduce you to the plant medicine Mother Cacao, sharing with you a cacao ceremony. Cacao is uplifting and heart opening. It naturally lifts our mood and raises our vibrations. We will drink our cacao mindfully in ceremony reminding ourselves of our path and purpose and allowing the plant medicine to open our hearts.

The afternoon will finish with an integrating Gong Sound Bath. During the Gong Bath all there is for you to do is let the sounds of the Gongs wash over you. There is no past, no future, just this moment of merging with the sounds of these ancient instruments. This is fabulous for those who struggle to meditate, switching off the chatter of the mind.
