Basic Festival Information

What are the dates/times of the festival?

Saturday 23rd August 2025 10am-10pm & Sunday 24th August 2025 10am-10pm


Where is it the festival?

Fargo Village, Far Gosford Street, Coventry, CV1 5ED

What does my ticket cover?

All scheduled events are covered in the ticket price. Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the festival on the day. There will also be a ‘Mindful Market’ where you will be able to purchase extra goodies if you wish. Cacao will be available to purchase prior to the two Cacao Ceremonies, this is an optional part of the session, you may attend without the purchase of Cacao.

Is there accommodation?

No, unfortunately we do not have sleeping facilities on site but see ‘Accommodation’ section below for nearby campsites, hotels and alternative accommodation.


Are children allowed?

Yes children aged 0-16 are allowed and go free. All children aged 0-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Anyone 17+ requires a paid ticket. 

Can I leave the event and return to it later?

Yes this is no problem as long as you keep your wrist band on, we are able to let you back in.  


Do I need to have any experience of the sessions to attend them?

No experience is required for any of the sessions. Just come with an open mind and an open heart!


I have a disability, can I still come to the festival?

Yes absolutely, message us if you have any questions prior to the event info@thehumancollective.uk

Do I need to bring my ticket to the event? 

Yes, we either require a printed copy of your ticket or to see the original email with your ticket.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. You may exchange your ticket if you email us with the name of the person who is taking your place info@thehumancollective.uk

Food & Drink

Is there drinking water available?

Yes, we have taps with drinking water available and is shown on the festival map that you will get on arrival. Please bring a reusable water bottle to refill during your time at the festival.


Is alcohol allowed at the festival?

No alcohol is allowed at the festival, if you are seen to be drinking you will not be able to take part in any of the festival activities.


Am I allowed to bring my own food & drinks?

You can bring your own food and drink but only for the outside spaces. There will be lots of food and drink available at the festival.


Children

Can I leave my children at the festival?

No. Everyone aged 16 and under will need to be accompanied at all points by a ticket-holding adult.

What do I do if I lose a child?

Find the nearest steward and notify them immediately.

How can I get involved in the festival?

All sessions are now full, but if your interested in joining the Human Collective for future opportunities please send your email to info@thehumancollective.uk

Can I volunteer?

We do still have some space for volunteers, please email us info@thehumancollective.uk

I am a trader, can I have a stall in the Mindful Market?

All stalls are now taken, please keep an eye out for future events at Fargo Village.

Is there an ATM?

Yes there’s an ATM at Sainsburys on Far Gosford Street

Do I need cash or will card only be okay?

Cash and card is accepted

Can I bring my dog?

You can bring your dog, however they will not be allowed in the indoor event spaces and must not be left unattended.

Nudity

As much as we are about freedom & freewill, nudity is not accepted at this event as there will be members of the public and Fargo tenants around at the festival, hopefully you understand, much love.
