Lie down comfortably with blankets and eye pillows for this practise which requires zero movement and will leave you feeling deeply rested and rejuvenated. Relax your physical body while you are guided through a meditation using guided imagery and sensory awareness to bring your attention inward and a induce a deep state of relaxation. No previous experience required. This practise is specially beneficial if you are feeling tired, low on energy, have injuries or other mobility limitations as it requires no movement.
