The Shadow Workshop - with Josh
Asana, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra
A space to slow down, explore your inner world, and reconnect through breath, movement, and rest.
We begin with a conceptualisation of the Shadow and how it connects to the Yogic Chakra System.
There will then be an asana practice to ground and open the body and a few choice breathwork techniques to bring balance.
In this moment of clarity and connection, you will create a personal and powerful seed of intention (Sankalpa) to plant in your own mind during a guided Yoga Nidra session.
This is an special event for those willing to deepen their personal and spiritual growth journey.
