This group Reiki and meditation event is a calming space to slow down, set aside the stresses of daily life and simply be. Through guided meditation and the soothing energy of Reiki you will be invited to unwind, restore balance and completely relax, all with the aim of leaving feeling a little lighter than when you arrived. 

No experience is needed, just come as you are, simply get comfortable and allow yourself a moment of peace and care in a warm, supportive environment.
