Join Adam and Rossana for an evening of yoga, breathwork and ice baths.
We will begin with SOMA Breath, a holistic, rhythmic breath work system that incorporates the principles of Pranayama, along with musical sound healing. SOMA Breath uses rythmical breathing and breath retention, with music and guided meditation. This is designed to bring us to a state of heart coherence, which allows us to feel energised but relaxed at the same time.
We can achieve many things with breathwork, it can be used for deep relaxation, improved sleep, increased energy and fitness, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, to boost your immune system and even help to relieve illness and disease.
Ice baths will follow. The benefits of cold water exposure are endless, boosting your immune system, improved circulation, better quality sleep, more energy, reduced inflammation, improved metabolic function, better resilience to stress, reduced anxiety and depression.
We will finish with a gentle but warming yoga flow and guided meditation to bring us into a state of deep relaxation.
Weather permitting the yoga session will take place outside.
Yoga mats & blankets are provided, but please feel free to bring your own, bring some water, and wear comfortable warm clothing.
