I am a certified Cacaoista, trained with Rebekah Shaman, attaining the knowledge & skills to provide Shamanic Journeys to help shift consciousness with plant medicines. Cacao is a beautiful plant medicine, that has health and psychological wellbeing benefits, allowing us to reconnect with our hearts, helps us clear any emotional blockages that no longer serves us and helps us forgive ourselves and others. I only stock/use ethnically sourced, organic, ceremonial grade cacao from Ritual Cacao. 

I also talk at events about medicinal mushrooms, how medicinal mushrooms can help our bodies to be the best they can. I forage,I grow and I’m in touch with the mushroom world. I’m here to spread the word about fungi and what wonders they can do for our world.
