Andrew
Andrew’s professional career began as an Energy Engineer, after completing his degree back in Sydney, Australia. He moved to the UK to find purpose and meaning to his life after being diagnosed with depression as a teen. Andrew was lost in his depression and self-doubt, continuing to live the “9-5” lifestyle and “live for the weekend”. It wasn’t until he started exercising again after being sedentary and following social norms, that he began his road to recovery. In running Andrew found a way to deal with his emotions, and a sense of freedom. Not long after that he found a gym community called CrossFit and was able to find likeminded individuals to connect with through the medium of fitness. However, it wasn’t until he added yoga to my activities that he found a way to add discipline to movement, and channel his spirituality.
Now a qualified CrossFit (L2) Coach, yoga teacher and psychologist, Andrew is all about offering his services to help those who ask. Using all his experiences with depression, fitness, yoga and spirituality, he creates a welcoming and holistic workshop experience. Andrews workshops include:
