Aaron Lauder
Hi, I am Aaron Lauder and I’ve been coaching Calisthenics for 4 years now in workshops, also 1-2-1 and small group sessions. I’ve been training in Calisthenics for 5 years and competing as an International Athlete for 3 and a half years. I love this sport so much, it’s my passion and gives me so much purpose in life, especially when it comes to helping others to learn and make progress. Which is why I got into coaching Calisthenics having been a Personal Trainer for many years. I love to learn, do and teach so it makes me very happy to be able to pass on the skills and knowledge, that I learned to others, for them to achieve their goals and dreams. I also wanted to make Calisthenics a lot more achievable and straight forward for people to learn, having fumbled my way around for a long time before actually learning how to make solid constructive progress. Calisthenics for me is the ultimate strength discipline and is suitable for all abilities, ages and backgrounds
